Well the first official christmas that Jon and I spent together went off without a hitch I think. Thanks to my parents lending me there car, we went between the two families successfully. I got my christmas morning, he got his dinner. We got to gift opening sessions and I learned how to knit! (though I need smaller needles, they are easier to work with). Our apartment cupboards will now be full of corninware and knives. I can print any of my 1000 pictures on my computer with my new handy dandy photo printer! And I actually got my bath robe.

Though there were things I missed. I missed having a whole bunch of people to call to wish merry xmas. Ireland was supposed to call, but hopefully they were having so much fun that just couldn't get to it. I only got to talk to one of my relatives on the phone, and no one on my mom's side of the family.

Today I go home in half an hour and sleep for at least 5 hours (I am just finsihing an overnight at work). Then I will head to the Crooks' for what I hope to be a nice relaxing/fun evening. Tomorrow we are up bright and early to catch the boxing day sales. On the list is a cordless phone and a new TV. Maybe I'll look at some new clothes too.

I guess we are all busy. Though I guess it is a testament to how much we use these things. I feel like I know nothing about what is going on with everyone.

Well I'm offically done for the term. Kinda. I stil have a corespondent course, and I'm going to have to write an essay over the term. I took this weekend off and enjoyed myself though. I start student teaching full time tomorrow. However I have a very busy week. Harry Potter tomorrow night, young professional party on tuesday and Sarah Slean concert wednesday. I just pray to god that my supervisor doesn't come on thursday, because my wednesday plans are the ones this week that I can't bail out on. It's my birthday present for goodness sake!

I wish that I was getting some kind of christmas break. However if I do that means that I'm not working over christmas at all, and that would suck money wise. I just need a little break. I dont think I'll get one untill march. Don't get me wrong, my classes aren't that hard, they are just so busy. Next term I will be taking 6 course, plus my corespondance course. le sigh.

I miss my gay boy. I saw ads for Broke Back mountain today and I missed him instantly. Who am I going to go see Narnia with? Rent? Family stone? They are all potential entries for the K and K collection, but one of the K's is out on sebatical.

My boy made me supper. yum...herbed totellini stuffed with three cheeses in an alfrado sause.

We got our christmas tree stand and our tree lights (14 different settings!). I'm very excited for my first christmas on my own (even though my family christmas is only half an hour away).
